My husband and I have been doing Pilates with Amy every other week for about a year and an half. Amy is very passionate and knowledgeable about Pilates and is a very attentive, respectful, and fun teacher! She is always doing new and different exercises, keeping things interesting. She offers modifications specifically for me and my husband, and we always feel stronger, more connected, and more mobile after each class.
