Class Description
Classical-inspired Pilates exercises will build gentle heat to prime and align the body. Bringing your body to a warm temperature and tension-free state, we will unfold naturally into full-body stretches, light twists, seated forward folds, gently supported backbends, supported inversions, and more.
This pilates style is healing, therapeutic, beginner-friendly and wonderfully appropriate for those seeking:

A restorative Pilates practice will deeply connect you to your core, will help to restore ideal hip function and ease lower back pain. A mix of dynamic and static stretching will help to increase blood circulation, restore balanced length/tension relationships in the body which in turn brings healing nutrients to the tired, tight or injured tissues.
